Warranty excludes any damage, liquid damage, dropped misused devices and excludes manufactures battery performance or capacity claims which vary with use. Lithium Batteries are a serviceable part and will require replacement as they deplete, this is not a warranty defect.
NB: We’ll provide tax invoice for particular phone with IMEI included. It’s buyer responsibility to retain the receipt for warranty purposes.
Buyer must clear their icloud account from the phone before we can assist for any warranty claim.
If buyer forgets their icloud details, we’ll not be able to assist any further.
